EMS devices are subject to various regulations with the introduction of the NiSV and the MPBetreibV. In accordance with the General Requirements for Operation from the NiSV, inspection and maintenance must be performed. This is done as part of a safety inspection (STK). If the manufacturer does not specify the frequency of the tests, a test must be carried out at least every 2 years.
