What exactly does Online EMS Service offer?

We specialize in repairs and service for EMS devices and EMS electrodes.
We also offer compatible EMS electrode systems, vests, pants, arm and leg straps,
accessories and selected specialist literature on all aspects of EMS training. Our customers are primarily
EMS studios, personal trainers and ambitious home users.

Do you only repair electrodes or also complete EMS devices?

We repair both EMS electrodes (vests, pants, belts, arm straps,
leg straps, additional electrodes) and EMS devices. Typical damages are
e.g. defective cables, plugs, zippers, belts or problems with the pulse output
of the device.

Which EMS systems and brands can you repair?

We work with many common 8-channel EMS systems and their electrode systems.
These include systems that are widely used on the German market, but also niche products.

How does a repair work?

1. contact: If you need security in advance and want to get to know us, contact us in advance. (by e-mail, telephone or also WA)
2. Submission: You send us the material well packed.
3. inspection & offer (if you wish): We check the damage and create a
transparent repair offer.
4th repair: After your approval, we will carry out the repair.
5. return shipment: You will receive your device or electrodes back in working order.

How much does it cost to repair my EMS electrodes?

We work with standard prices for many typical defects (e.g. broken cables, defective silicone inserts, zippers,
straps). For more complex damage, we will prepare an individual quote at

How long does a repair take?

The duration depends on the damage and the current workload. As a rule, we only need a few working days after
receipt of goods for inspection and repair. If it is particularly urgent
(e.g. studio breakdown), please let us know – we will try to prioritize

How do I send in my electrodes or my EMS device?

1. contact us briefly beforehand (telephone or e-mail).
2. pack the material securely and enclose a brief description of the fault.
3. send the package with the service provider of your choice.

After the repair, we will return your device or electrodes to the address of your choice.

Do you also offer cost estimates?

Yes. After inspecting the damage, you will receive a cost estimate if you wish, which you can check at your leisure
. If you approve it, we will carry out the repair. If you refuse, we will discuss alternative solutions or send your material back to you.

Are your 8-channel electrode systems compatible with my EMS device?

Our 8-channel electrode set was developed for professional EMS training devices
and is suitable for almost all 6, 8 and 10-channel devices.
As there are many connector types and systems, we always recommend a
brief compatibility check with us before ordering.

How do I find the right size vest and trousers?

On the product pages you will find measurements for size selection. Please measure the circumferences/heights given at
and select the right size (e.g. XS-XL) using the table.

Can I wash your EMS electrodes?

Yes, our textile electrode systems are generally machine washable with mild
detergent. Please follow the respective instructions on the product page and refrain from using aggressive
detergents or the dryer to extend the service life of the electrodes.

Who is your offer aimed at – just studios or private customers too?

Our main customers are EMS studios and personal trainers who want to operate their equipment
economically. At the same time, we also supply
ambitious home users who need high-quality EMS electrodes or repairs for
their equipment.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship within Germany and to many countries in the
European Union, but we also have customers in Pakistan and Chile. If you would like to order from another country, please contact
in advance – then we will check the shipping route and costs together.

Is there a warranty on repairs and products?

The statutory warranty applies to our products and repairs. In addition, we grant a 4-year warranty on electrodes and cables for our devices and a one-year
warranty. If problems occur after
a repair, please contact us so that we can check the case.

Do you offer advice on the selection of electrodes, accessories and solutions for studios?

Yes. We advise EMS studios and trainers on
– suitable electrode systems,
– additional electrodes (e.g. foot or neck electrodes),
– solutions for expanding the existing device capacity.
