Where are EMS devices registered according to the NiSV?

In § 3 General requirements for the operation of NiSV, extensive obligations are imposed on operators of systems (devices). This article deals exclusively with the fulfillment of §3 (3) NiSV:

The operator of a plant must notify the competent authority of the operation of the plant no later than two weeks before commissioning. The notification shall state the name or company name of the operator, as well as the address of the premises and the data identifying the respective installation. The notification must be accompanied by proof that the persons using the equipment have the required expertise. If a facility is already operating on December 31, 2020, notification must be made by the end of March 31, 2021.
